We want to make your online shopping experience as quick and easy as possible. With this in mind we have two delivery options; Click and Collect from our store or get it delivered to a nominated postal address.

All items are shipped within 2 -7  business days of payment. 

Items are delivered through Australia Post or Star Track (with tracking). 

Postage times for standard shipping within Australia to most areas is 2-3 business days however, delivery can take up to 6 business days.

• Same state: 2–5 business days
• Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Additional shipping charges may apply to certain orders if the items purchased weigh/measure more than the standard dimensions. We will reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order if this is the case.

Please consult your order confirmation email for the delivery of your order. Most orders placed through our site will be available for collection usually within 48 working hours of receiving your order. However, some items or quantities require us to place extra orders with our suppliers. In the event an item ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted via email or phone to advise you of the estimated delivery time/collection. 

When collecting your order from the store, please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Your order can only be collected from the selected store.

Narromine Hardware will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential arising out of the misdelivery, delayed delivery, failure to deliver or damages that may occur during delivery.
